My background as a psychotherapist lends itself nicely to organizational health. However, my true strength in the arena of organizational health is my experience in management. Over the years I have worked as a manager and director at two Fortune 500 companies: Aetna and Cigna. My roles in management have provided me with extensive experience in job coaching, organizational development and structure; as well as the development of policies and procedures. I find that when I am able to apply my clinical background with my management experience and knowledge I am able to impact organizational change.
